• Short Build-Up: 70 stocks saw an increase in OI and a drop in price. Major ones: NHPC, MAZDOCK, WAAREEENER, OIL, LTF, etc.

• FPI Sectoral Activity (1–15 July 2026): FPIs remained aggressive buyers in Consumer Services (₹7,361 Cr), followed by Metals & Mining (₹5,993 Cr), Healthcare (₹4,101 Cr), Consumer Durables (₹2,384 Cr), Realty (₹2,071 Cr), and Financial Services (₹1,975 Cr). On the other hand, they booked profits in Auto (₹6,936 Cr outflow), Capital Goods (₹2,657 Cr outflow), and Telecom (₹2,454 Cr outflow), making these the most sold sectors during the period.
• US 10-Year Treasury Yield: The yield has risen from its recent low of 4.36% to 4.63% over the past few sessions. The 4.70% level remains an important technical level to watch. A sustained move above it could shift focus toward the 4.80% zone and potentially the 5.00% mark, which would be the highest level since October 2023.
