• Long Unwinding: 51 stocks saw a decline in open interest (OI) along with a fall in price, indicating long unwinding. Major ones: MOTHERSON, KOTAKBANK, NHPC, ONGC, PATANJALI, etc.

• Nifty has crucial support in the 23,100–23,150 zone. A close below 23,100 could trigger a decline towards 22,800, while a move above 23,700 would improve sentiment. A decisive breakout above 24,000 is needed for Nifty to exit the current trading range.
• The 52,800–53,000 zone remains a crucial support area for Bank Nifty. Sustaining above it keeps the trend stable.
• US markets witnessed sharp selling on Friday, with the Nasdaq declining over 4.7% and the S&P 500 falling more than 2.6%. Technically, US indices are showing a significant divergence between price action and RSI, suggesting that the broader market is being supported by a handful of stocks. For the Nasdaq, 28,700 is the immediate support level; a break below this could lead to a decline towards the 26,300–27,000 zone. Investors will closely monitor the inflation data on Wednesday and the public debut of Elon Musk’s SpaceX on Friday.
